The knot in the first pic is definitely out of proportion, especially given the suit’s more natural, unconstructed shoulders. The second is a better example so kudos to him for batting 0.500 in this example.

Wikipedia says Cooky became Bozo's main foil in 1971. That sounds right since I remember Cooky as a kid in the late 70s.

Bezos style transformation is epic...if you look back at him in photos from 10 years ago. I'm sure a lot of wealthy guys who are in the public eye get stylists. But he seems to have embraced the process and kept learning (like AI). He also transformed his body.
