I've got pair of sebago penny loafers in need of polishing. Best approach for these?

Depends on color you want to maintain and the price relative cost of the shoes. If you like red, do Saphir Hermes Red. If you would like to maintain a little brownish hue, use Saphir Mahogany (still pretty red).

if you want to spend as much on polish as you did on the shoes, buy both :)

(Frankly, if I didn't have polish, and these were bought for less than $150, I would go Kiwi. . .)

The long lost poster dopey once recommended using black polish on burgundy calfskin to keep them from looking to purple. I have done that since and am very happy with the result.
