Best Pants for Summer

It's starting to get warmer in NYC. Looking towards summer, what are good light-weight pants? I feel that most light weight/light colored pants look too casual for business attire. Can anyone recommend stores or brands that sell pants that are best to keep cool but still maintain business formality?
