I've long admired and joked about a venerable fixture of Italian fashion, Beppe Modenese, whose appearance I've had fun with for his irrepressible gnome-like charm and razor sharp sense of style. I've, tongue-in-cheek, claimed he was Italy's official Minister of Style, and posted his photo many times on AAAC.​

Now, at 90+ years he is among the angels.​
