I ordered a Beefy Oxford from the Ben Silver Factory Outlet last week. Some of these have box pleats and unlined collars; others lined collars and no box pleats. My order arrived--seems I got the latter. A nice shirt. The lining in the collar doesn't seemed fused to me--you can pull away the outer shell on both sides from whatever is in there, in between. Then again, I really don't know much about collar construction. But if you want the more traditional styling, choose page 9 from the browse view.
