Beams generally is a good high end men’s store with MTM and OTR. Good luck finding your size though.

I only have a tie of theirs, but I get the impression that their stuff is of great quality.

I've had a few shirts and sweaters from Beams+ over the years. The quality was always out of this world. Sadly, I no longer fit into most of their stuff anymore. I wasn't aware that they were doing MTM stuff now but I would imagine it's pretty good too.

If you like that American trad influenced Japanese stuff but need stuff that isn't sized exclusively for the Japanese market, you might want to look into the brand Camoshita. They also make some great stuff with a similar look to Beams+.

Good luck on sizing. Their "largest" is about a US 40. Had a friend in Japan go look and measure.

Having been ton to Japan 100+ times, as stated above sizing can be hard. But go anyway. Better yet, there are other Beams, such as Ginza, that are more Western friendly. They can often out trad us. The small leather goods and such are awesome. And to see a pair of Aldens IRL going for $1700 is humbling.
