Is anyone familiar with this watch or B&M in general?

I found one for $1200 and I am wondering if it is a good deal.
I have been told that their movement isn't quite up to the standards of IWC, for instance, but it looks like it could make a nice dress watch (for someone who prefers a round face and metal - though not gold - band).
Any thoughts?
