[Harvard'10 Summa]

I've been looking to get a Barbour (Bedale in particaulr), but my friend told me about an obscure brand called Walker and Hawkes, which is much cheaper.

He claims to have done his research and concluded they are every bit as good as Barbour in terms of quality. Is there anyone familiar enough with both brands to confirm or deny?

They appear to be the same jackets which are also sold under the GAME name, based on the designs and the measurements on their site.

I just got one of the GAME jackets for my dad to replace his ratty, disintegrating Bedale. It's definitely not in the same league in terms of sophistication, but it's a great deal for the price and will serve him for many years. He looks good in it.
