Hi, just purchased these on ebay. Seller said they were real. I have my doubts. Can anyone help me authenticate them? Im very worried that the word 'Ferragamo' is hardly readable in the shoe buckle. Also, the inside is loose and I see some rusty nails?

Ferragamo is hardly readable in the shoe buckle. I have a couple of other loafers and the Ferragamo signature is very legible. Here I sort of struggle to read it. Also, the inside sole is loose and I see some rusty nails under the leather Ferragamo emblem.

I could not find these online anywhere to do a comparison.

First of all, they’re used shoes. So a loose foot bed and rust doesn’t surprise me. The fact that it has hardware is a sign that it’s likely real.
The bit looks fine to me as does the print. I can’t imagine the trouble one would go through for all of this in order to pass off a knock off Ferragamo. A used one at that.

In my opinion, based on the evidence provided, they’re genuine. Whether they are a good value at a Particular price is a different story.

Those look real to me. Glue the insole down with some rubber cement and they'll serve you well.
