Hi, all,
First time poster here (I've been reading sporadically for the last couple of months) with a question for my more experienced brethren.
I just recently bought a suit through Saks that was custom made. When I got it, there were three small holes on one of the sleeves. It looks as if the holes had been poked in it. The sales folks said they would get it rewoven and that it would be the same as new.
Generally, I think that nothing that is patched back together (car repair, furniture repair, clothing repair, etc.) is ever as good as the original, but maybe I'm wrong in this case. Any thought as to loss in quality with a reweave? Or should I insist it go back and the sleeve redone (presumably they have my measurements on file)?
Thanks in advance for any and all input.
Regards,
Tuan
