Are glued shoes acceptable?

This is no mystery. Running shoes are designed for performance not cheapness; they are a quality product. Glued boots are designed for cheapness and that's it; they are not a quality product. Quality control on running shoes is assuredly much higher. In addition, they're designed from the ground up to work as glued shoes.
