I was in Vienna last year for the ball season. Several good traditional men’s shops near the Staatsoper which I visited. Let me see if I can pull up some names. Trachen and loden items are on offer in a myriad of places.

Didn't spend a lot of time in the shop, but Loden-Plankl seemed to have really nice traditional Austrian clothing.
