I'm considering dipping my toes into something a step up from the likes of A.E., and Loake and Cheaney that, to be honest, are the 'best' shoes I've ever had on my feet other than some Church's that I fondled for a some time, and then tried on, but didn't buy many years ago. But I really don't want to waste money, and I'd very much appreciate it if any members have any pics of worn high -enders, and not just those that have never actually seen any service, which does appear to be usually the case.

lol

great post, I am interested in the results also.. I have many pairs of middling end shoes, but alas, they fit far too poorly for your sharply honed, connoisseur taste, so I will not pollute the bandwidth of your post and merely look at the contributions along with you, dear Hector.

I certainly would never aspire to the ranks of the connoisseur in the field of garments and footwear, gnatty; so I really would appreciate any contributions you could make. You obviously have a good camera, and a scanner and from what I could gauge from the suit pics you've put up, you have a good eye for tan shoes - C& J's of I'm not mistaken. So don't be a spoilport. Let's have some close-ups. Don't worry if the persian carpet needs cleaning. I'm not as 'finniky' as you might imagine.
