I have been searching for hours what tie is this that Adam Silver is wearing, as I'm hoping to get it for my interview. Appreciate if someone can cure by obsession by identifying what it is! Thanks in advance

Looks like a typical nondescript Hermes tie. Likely can find similar from numerous sources.

I don’t know what the brand of that tie is. However, if you check out the ties at Saks Fifth Avenue and especially at Stefano Ricci, you’ll find a variety of ties with tight little patterns.

Unless you plan to wear it backwards, so that the Gucci logo shows, and assuming you like the tie, why would you care about either the brand or it's authenticity? (Says the man currently wearing a favorite tweed made by the not to be spoken of in good company maker, Haggar, probably in a Mexican chicken house.)

The pattern is a Foulard, so just Google the pattern to find similar neckties.
Foulard – lightweight, lustrous twill silk fabric noted for its soft finish and usually printed with small repeating pattern usually on a plain solid background. “Foulard” means silk handkerchief in French. (from the Necktie Chapter of The Encyclopedia of Men's Clothes).
AND he doesn't know how to tie a proper knot with a dimple!!! 😲
