Haven't tried their slim-fit range but a few years ago I bought one of their regular range - fit like a generously proportioned tent, and the quality was bad enough that the fabric seriously distorted after less than half a dozen washings/ironings. It soon migrated to the "donate" pile. It wasn't even eBay-able.

Maybe their range has evolved, however...

H&C is a grand old Jermyn Street name (the original made shirts for "the" Prince of Wales back in the day), now hollowed out and turned into a "brand." I second the OP who suggests that for cheap shirts TML is a much better choice.
