dear board,

I have talked about me taking the bar..yadda yadda. Well, I was just given an older briefcase from my great uncle. It was his grandfathers. It is over 100 years old but looks really great. It just needs some TLC. I am not going to use it but I want to try to take care of it however I need. His wife was big into researching the family and before she passed away she had written down a blurb about the briefcase. I was going to place it in my office somewhere w/ the description..sound good?

any ideas on restoration are greatly appreciated.

What kind of restoration does it need?

Leather rot cannot be reversed.
