The other day I was reading some older posts when I came across the Soft v Hard tailoring post by Darren Beaman (02/10/2005).He talks about the three coat cutters in A & S in his time there: Denis Hallberry, Colin Harvey and Brian Russell. This in turn reminded me of a post stating that none of the A & S "breakaways " properly reproduced the A & S loo . One cerainly does. When I was a customer of A & S Brian Russell was my cutter. He left to set up on his own and I followed him. After many suits and jacketsI have never had a failure. He gives me the soft, fluid look I want adjusted a bit for my slim build.
