Greetings,
Simply put, I just can't get excited about casual dress. I love to wear suits, nice shirts, ties, great shoes...
I have a pretty clear sense of the look I want and am generally pleased with what I am able to pull off.
When it comes to more relaxed dress, I do not have as clear a sense of what I want to do. I yearn for the day when wearing a tie was mandatory at all times.
I mow the lawn in chinos and a white button down shirt....and I am only in my forties....help!
As a teacher in a prep. school, I am getting depressed that as my school year ends - we have exams next week - I have no real need to don my favorite attire until September. You have to understand, I wear a tie on Saturday to go to Barnes and Noble to get breakfast and read the magazines. I am even thinking of going to church again just so I can get dressed up...don't think that is winning me points with the man upstairs.
Does anyone else have this problem?
My wife thinks I need counselling!
Depressed staring at three months of dress down blues...
