Men's Gallery, a generally undistinguished small shop in Clifton, has Alden loafers priced at $199 and laceups at $229, normal range of sizes. I don't know the model names. The loafers are a non-tassel in brown or black, the laceups are burgundy or black. They are the only models of Aldens they carry among the J&Ms, Bostonians, Timberlands and Rockports in the shoe section in the back. I've never seen Aldens marked down before -- is this an unusual deal that I should pounce on?
