I wear a lot of navy or charcoal suits plus the same colors in just dress pants with a matching shirt/tie depending on the day. Much less frequently - khaki or denim.

I have black PAs, black and walnut Badlands, dark brown Wilburt, some dark brown AE loafers.

Would dark chili FA be the best addition given the above? What would that pair match well with?

I guess I could always just go with the FAs in black.

I have a pair of black Fifth Avenues which I wear in rotation with my Park Avenues for suits. I also have a pair of dark chili Strands, which I tend to wear with khakis or jeans-- I love them. They would also be fine with a darkish suit, although I don't generally do that. But I would.

I'm wearing my walnut Fifth Avenues with khakis today.

I wouldn't care for this shade with charcoal or very dark navy. But lighter navies could look great. I don't wear dress shoes with jeans of khakis.

Back when I was still buying from AE, I picked up a pair in dark chili largely for the purpose you suggest. Always liked the look. Still do...

I have had a pair of dark chili Bentons (5th Avenues with a rubber sole) since 2012. I wear them with navy, khaki, red, British khaki and charcoal. I think they look great.

They do get a bit darker over the years.

Use a little darker polish and they are almost as flexible as a dark brown shoe

I think dark chili shoes look great with jeans, personally. Or khakis.
