Bean's was the 577, while this is the previous model trail-running shoe, the 576. I think one thing that I was surprised by is that taking into account inflation and the exchange rate from having a different country of origin, getting a British-made trail-running shoe in 1991 would have cost roughly what it costs today, as $75.00 in 1991 is around $165.00, and the exchange rate in 1991 was roughly 1.7 dollars to the pound.
