Hello to everyone

Any sugguestions for a nice brand for jeans and clean and elegant designs?

I don´t like levis, and Diesel seemed a good option but they don´t fit me to well. Other popular brands, the come with a lot of fashion broken parts etc. Polo could be a good option, I thought that maybe brands like burberry or barbour may have some nice jeans

I have five or six pairs if Verri in different denim weights and weaves.One day I might have an occasion to actually wear some of them. Good jeans though.

Samurai 710XX, Skull 50106X6, and APC NS are my favorite....All of these have little or no branding or ornaments, just classic-style jeans not designer but well made. You gotta try a bunch to find the right fit. Levis never fit me well, the front and back rises are too big. I like a medium rise (10-11") and a straight leg. Raw denim in dark indigo looks classier than faded.

I think this brands are almost imposible to find in shops in Spain, maybe some boutique, I have never seen them . I am sure I can find them online

Nudie makes some nice jeans. They have a few styles (like the "Average Joe") that are very classic yet very hip IMO. They offer very high quality denims and their prices are quite reasonable by today's standards.

Zegna

I have been pleased with Zegna jeans (main line, not Z Zegna or Zegna Sport). Classic designs and nice soft fabric.

I find the Brooks Brothers, made in Italy, jean very comfortable and affordable. If you like BBs Clark fit chinos, their jeans are a similar fit.

I'm liking my Varvatos USA jeans quite a lot. Holding up very well, too.

Samurai's are hard to find anywhere outside Japan, I think Blue in Green in Soho NY and Selfedge in SF are the only 2 places that carry them in the US that I know about.

Advoid Brooks Brothers jeans. Look at Seven for all mankind. Citizens for humanity is a nice fitting jean. There is a reat selection in Barneys online. Various makers for men.
Again, no Brooks or Varvatos etc

I just want to second APC's. Depending on your style and body (their lines are the New Standards, Old Standards, Rescues and Petites), you simply cannot go wrong the timeless styling of APC jeans. I regret purchasing Naked & Famous jeans over the APC's even though the quality of N&F's aren't too terrible.

Totally disagree with you DukeGrad about the Brooks jeans. I have found them durable, well fitting and comfortably soft. What's the basis for your criticism? Please share, thanks.

Earnest Sewn, end of discussion. Handmade, great construction, soft denim, but not with flashy poser pocket stitching. I promise you won't regret it.

Brooks jeans

Gentlemen, Buffalo,

My reason is tht Brooks is not maker of jeans. Compared to the other brands.
On top of this, they outsource everything now, except their OCBD.
My first Brooks item was in the mid 1960. Brooks has gone on a downhill slide over the past 10 years.
Compared to Diesel, Seven, Citizen Brooks is not in this league my friend.
Sorry, if you are happy with their jeans this is fine.
I have just lost my desire of Brooks stuff now, when much better is out there.
