I believe that is a carriage horn like the one used by your carriage man to announce when you've arrived via your four-in-hand.Is that a bugle?
As you no doubt know, Paul Winston is still doing some nice things as Chipp. But I agree, I miss the store as well and the large variety of merchandise they could comparatively offer.I miss Chipp.
So lovely. I remember so fondly the dark grey chalk stripe and the black and white Glenurquart plaid, probably my two favorite suits of all time.

Chipp's GTH wasn't simply ebullient, it was very well made of materials you might not find in quality clothing elsewhere.
