Gents,
I've stumbled upon the British comedy show "A Bit of Fry and Laurie". The clothing is pretty interesting and enjoyable to see but I can't tell if it's reflective of the times (the show aired from 1989-1995) or if they are used more like props for comedic effect (or both). The clothes in general make me think "trad".
As an aside, I like the mac jacket worn by Hugh Laurie at 3:36 of Season 1, ep 2 here:
