No, they don't really stretch much. I have had my pair for about 5 years, have worn them at home and during air travel around the world, and they have held up great. I ordered mine one half size large for comfort. I am rather rough with them.

Mine are from Ben Silver.

Cheers,

BSR
I just went over to Ben Silver and O'Connell's websites and compared prices to Herrings.
Herrings are --- $67.00 cheaper than Silver, $42.00 cheaper than O'Connell's.

Good evening everyone. I appreciate all of the sound advice I have received lately from you gentlemen.
Today, I find myself in search of good quality slippers. After a hard days work walking around in my Wolverine work boots on the assembly line floor, I need something that lasts and feels like clouds on my feet.
I tried L.L. Bean and sadly had to return their slippers. There’s something about sheepskin that’s doesn’t seem to agree with me.
A good man's slipper for you will depend on your personal preferences and needs. Consider factors such as materials, style, and comfort when making your decision. You can consider these, they are comfortable and environmentally friendly.

Over the years, I have tried many different types of slippers. None have ever really worked for me. Last year I tried (out of frustration) my plain cotton Tai Chi slipper/shoes. For me, they are the best ever - who knew?

LL Bean's shearling lined for me. I usually get about three years or so out of a pair but since the pandemic started I've spend days in them. Now that I'm getting out more, my newest ones should last better.

Ages ago I had a pair of black velvet slippers from Brooks Brothers. The interiors were quilted red satin. They were warm but on the stiff side. I recently got a pair of very inexpensive Elanroman black velvet slippers with red satin lining. Rather than some pompous crest belonging. to someone else, these are embroidered with a martini and what appears to be a Manhattan. They are way more comfortable. They are fun and warm, too.
