Is it natural coloration or something bolder? The natural color begs to be paired with neons some other bold color. If there is already bright coloration in the pattern, stick with staid solids. It would be very advanced to pair with another pattern, and too risky for me.

The classic combination is to combine it with sequins and lycra. The tighter the better. It demonstrates your alpha male dominance in the pack.

I think leather works too, and oversized, flowing clothing can be used for equally dramatic effect.

An image search shows that skinny jeans or matching underwear seems to be the common answer. It also appears that my assumption that we were talking about a leopard skin spotted pattern may need confirmation, as there are several results where the tank top merely has the image of a leopard's head printed on the garment.

Please don't forget the codpiece, possibly in leopard print as well. If you have a chain mail shirt that might be nice to wear over the tank top. As you'll be aware from visiting AAAC, layering is wonderful when done right.

I would mix it with Freddie Mercury, but he is, alas, dead.
