Oxford style shirts for women with longer sleeves

My lady isn't tall--5'7" or so, but she has long legs and arms, and a hard time finding dress shirts with long enough sleeves. She's also a skinny little thing who is a size 0 or 2, which many women's places don't make a "tall" in a size 0 or 2, assuming that all of the tall ladies are at least an 8.

Besides JCrew, anyone have a suggestion for her?

Lands End has some broadcloth options starting in 4 tall, if it helps any they have a rock-solid return policy. It has certainly benefitted my quest to find clothes that fit my wookie-like proportions

Oxford type shirts have a button-down collar while dresshrts don't. This is to keep you neat looking. Any men's store or men's dept. in a store will have someone to show you this type of shirt
