What's you concern? Color, material, construction?

I'm not quite sure as to why there's uncertainty. Those look like a regular pair of slacks appropriate for any time of day in a variety of settings.

I just think its looks more suited for evening wear, or perhaps I'm wrong

They don't appear to be the best choice for a very hot, very humid and very sunny days, given the apparent weight and color of the fabric, but otherwise, they are fine. LOL.

They are dark and look a bit heavy. So for me I would call them "winter pants" - days are shorter and it's generally darker. They would not be my choice for daytime summer wear. Maybe three season trousers (fall, summer, spring)?

Day or night, it really doesn't matter. He fabric does appear to be on the heavier side though, almost like cavalry twill, though I can't distinguish that for certain.

Incotex makes a great trouser so you're in good shape from a quality standpoint.
