On page 293 of Gentleman's Guide to Grooming and Style there is a red and blue tattersall shirt under a red v neck sweater. I want it. I have given up on finding it in any store, Cordings has a lot of shirts that are close but I want THAT one. (I must be OCD I don't even care that much about clothes) If anyone owns this shirt I will buy it from you.

Please help me so I can go back to things that I care about like shotgun shells and drill bits and 30 weight motor oil.

Why not make a color scan of the pic and send it to Cordings to see if they might perhaps have that pattern in stock somewhere?

Should that fail, you could try sending it to Jantzen or CEGO or Hemrajani to see if see they can rustle up said fabric and make a shirt out of it for you. (If you wanted to copy the Cordings design, you could buy another shirt from Cordings and ship it to your shirtmaker of choice w/ instructions to make an exact copy.)

Is that obsessive-compulsive enough for you?

PS: Smart Turnout offers a Cordings tattersall shirt in what is described as a red & navy check:

Maybe you could send your scan to them as well. Perhaps they'll have this Holy Grail of men's casual shirtwear available for vending.

Have you checked Mercer and Sons? Seems to me I recall they have a red and blue tattersal.

I haven't seen the picture you're referencing, so that might help determine the size of the pattern you are seeking.

BTW, I am glad to see someone obsessed with something like this. It is understandable.
