Thomas Pink Travel Shirts

I travel to Europe (mostly Italy,which demands some caution for pickpockets) on Business and like the Thomas Pink Travel Shirts which have a "hidden" pocket. They are discontinuing this line. Does anyone know of a business shirt (suitable with tie and suit) that has some type of secure pocket? Travel Smith only has creepy synthetic shirts that can't be worn with a tie? The old press flap pockets work well but they also are out (I think). Any ideas?

I think the OP means a hidden pocket, not the flapped breast pocket on a Press shirt.

TM Lewin's Traveller range has a secure pocket. As with Pink, however, TML seems to be phasing these out (which is a shame IMO--I have one for business trips and really like it).

However there are still a few models left in some sizes:

It's funny that CT has apparently done so well w/ nonirons that about half its offerings are now in that range, whereas TML only experimented with them and they seem to have flopped.
