I've got one. But there was a significant difference between what it shows and what the more scientific method does.
But, I've gotten used to the scale at the club being two pounds higher than the one at home, so maybe I could take that into consideration and see what the home scale says now...
[went to go try it out]
29%. Which, if anywhere near correct, puts my ideal weight about five pounds higher than it was when I did the dunk-tank measurement. I suppose that's a good feeling...

Having gone from 330 to 295 since the last time I met with my tailor, he measured me this week at -3 inches in the chest and -4 inches in the waist. Holy smokes, no wonder my clothes no longer fit me. He also wanted to raise the armholes in future shirts to accommodate. That made me happy
