And a New Word ... TRAD ... was coined! It began thus: "Hello to all. I'm Harris. I live in the Northeastern U.S. and tend toward the American Look. Or Trad or whatever you wish to call it. Sack suits, tassel loafers, shetland crewnecks, Harris Tweeds, madras, etc. I am interested in knowing how many forum members have stuck with this look--the J. Press-Brooks-Andover Shop crowd." And now the New Word has a home of its own.

An alternative to the Men's Fashion Forum for women. Women are definitely still welcome at the Fashion Forum, but this will provide a place to concentrate on women's clothing issues.

From the renowned shirts of Charvet, Matuozzo, and Kabbaz to the rare bespoke suits of Oxxford, Rubinacci, and Zegna, bespoke tailoring enjoys a miniscule, but worldwide, presence. Bespoke clothing is by far the smallest segment of the clothing business yet, without question, offers the greatest diversity and highest quality available on the planet. This forum exists for wearers of bespoke clothing. Although all are welcome to browse, posting here is restricted to those who have completed a special application and been approved by the Bespoke Forum Administrator.

This forum is solely for the purpose of AAAC clothing artisans posting their upcoming itineraries. We would prefer that threads be made by the artisans themselves. If you want your artisan to post their itinerary, please ask them to register for AAAC and post. If they cannot, please contact Andy or a moderator with the itinerary information. Threads must contain only event, time(s), date(s), place(es), and must contain contact information. Any violations of these criteria, such as posting of items for sale, will be cause for suspension.
